How fast can I receive my order?
 
We aim to deliver your order between 2-5 working days once order is placed. If there is any delay, we will contact you to notify accordingly.

Can I self-collect / pick-up my order?
 
Sorry, we are unable to offer self-collection/pick-ups. All Orders placed online will be delivered via courier. For any urgent orders please contact us at contactus@bookiepen.com, we will try to arrange faster delivery at a charge.

I would like to make changes to the delivery address for an order just placed. is that possible?
 
Kindly write to us at contactus@bookiepen.com with your order number & updated delivery address. If your order is not shipped ,we might be able to change the address.

What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?
 
Our customer care team will contact you to notify about the unavailable item. A full refund will be processed back to your payment mode if we are not able to exchange to another item at the same value.

I received a different item from what I had ordered / I received damaged item .How do I get it exchanged?

Kindly write in to us at contactus@bookiepen.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item delivered. Once the item has been verified,we will arrange for exchange or return and refund within 2-5 working days.

Does Bookiepen provide international delivery?

 
Yes,But International shipping is not available at the moment at our website. You can contact us at contactus@bookiepen.com for special international shipping arrangements. For international orders we accept payment through PayPal.

Does Bookiepen do school orders?
 
Yes,we supply to schools.Please contact us for the same.
